Caring for the Caregiver Needs Assessment
Caregiving is a demanding emotional and physical journey that few of us are prepared for. Many of the demands of caregiving have to do with the strong emotions that come from having a loved one diagnosed with an illness. Add to that the physical challenges you face in providing care and the source of the stress is clear. An important factor in your success as caregiver is your own emotional and physical health. You cannot help others unless you are in top shape yourself. This survey is designed to evaluate a caregiver’s emotional response to the role of caregiving as well as determine areas where you are challenged to support the day to day needs for the person you are caring for.
If you are a caregiver for someone else, take this survey to see if you need to take time to work on some of your own needs.
