How do I pay my plan premium?
If your plan has a premium and you decide to have it withheld from your Social Security benefit check or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) benefit check, it could take up to three months for it to take effect and you will ultimately be held responsible for those premiums. You select this option on the enrollment or plan option changer form.
