Do I qualify?

Half of Medicare members are eligible but not enrolled in programs that save them money. Members can save on average $4,5000 a year. To find out if you are eligible for these programs talk with one of our Customer Service representatives.  Or, check online by visiting unohealth.com/savewithhealthfirst   You can also contact UNO directly at 1.800.794.2143 (TTY:711).

What programs does UNO support?

  • Medicare Savings Program (MSP): Members of this program can get up to $185 back per month from Social Security.
  • Low Income Subsidy (LIS): This program acts as a little “extra help”. Once enrolled, you pay no more than $12.15 for brand-name prescriptions and $4.90 for each generic prescription.
  • SNAP: Enrolling in this program can help you get up to $250/month to spend on groceries.
  • LIHEAP: This can save you up to $1,000 on heating and cooling bills.
  • Lifeline: This can help you save over $100 on phone and broadband bills.
