How do I pay my plan premium?
If your plan has a premium and you decide to have it withheld from your Social Security benefit check or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) benefit check, it could take up to three months for it to take effect and you will ultimately be held responsible for those premiums. Health First Health Plans offers several ways to make your premium payments.

If your employer (or former employer) offers Health First Health Plans as part of their employee or retiree benefits, check with them for details on how and when to enroll. They may prefer you send your completed enrollment form (and premium payment if necessary) to them. If they ask you to contact us directly to enroll, please follow the instructions listed above.
Health First Health Plans is an HMO plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Health First Health Plans depends on contract renewal. Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Health First Health Plans through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at Medicare.gov.
