First dose
Adults and children ages 5 and older are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
First-dose COVID-19 vaccinations are available by scheduled appointments, as well as walk-ins.
Second dose
If you receive your first dose at the Health First COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic, your second dose will be scheduled at the time of your first dose administration.
If you received your first dose elsewhere and are seeking a second dose from the Health First COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic, we are currently able to accommodate individuals 12 years of age and older with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine by walk-in only.
Third dose "booster"
Individuals 16 - 17 years of age:
- A third dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is now available to individuals 16 years of age and older, who have completed their second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at least six months prior.
Individuals 18 years of age, and older:
- A third dose of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines are now available to individuals 18 years of age and older, who have completed their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines at least six months prior, or a single dose of the Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) COVID-19 vaccine at least two months prior.
Individuals with scheduled appointments will be prioritized, however, walk-ins are welcome during the clinic hours below and will be accommodated when vaccine availability allows.
Documentation requirements
The following documentation will be required at the time of vaccine administration.
- Adults must present a valid government-issued identification
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be required to:
- Be in attendance with the Minor for vaccine administration and remain at the side of the minor during the entire duration of the vaccination
- Sign any and all consent forms for the vaccine administration
- CDC COVID-19 vaccination card (for second and third doses)
