Dr. Shubhangi Chumble is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Sleep Medicine. She is a highly experienced physician who moved to Florida in 2014 after her and her husband Atul, an accomplished relator, loving husband and father, became empty nesters.

Dr. Chumble earned her Medical Degree from B.J. Medical College in Pune, India and completed her internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Neurology at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC.

Most recently, Dr. Chumble worked within a private group practice in Virginia where she had been treating patients with neurological and sleep disorders since 2001. Dr. Chumble is here to serve the community in an efficient and friendly manner. Her special areas of focus include sleep apnea, migraines, nerve conduction studies/electromyogram, stroke, seizures, Parkinson's disease, dementia, multiple sclerosis, Bell's Palsy, trigeminal neuralgia, neuropathy, acute neck and lower back pain and gait disturbances.

Dr. Chumble is proficient in performing nerve conductive studies and EMG's. She also has experience in treating chronic retractable headaches, cervical dystonia and post stroke spasticity with Botox injections.

She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and looks forward to continuing to know and serve our community.

Dr. Chumble and her husband enjoy meeting new people and believe in forming a long lasting quality ties with the community. They both love the outdoors. She and her husband are proud parents of their two adult children. Their daughter is training to be a dentist and their son is in medical school.

Policies

New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments to complete all paperwork. They should bring their insurance cards, a government-issued photo ID, and lists of their medicines and any prior operations. Co-pays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of each visit. Generally, operations or procedures won't take place on the first visit.
