Ana M. Conde-Rosa, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in infectious diseases.

Before joining Health First Medical Group, Dr. Conde-Rosa was an infectious disease specialist at Infectious Disease Consultants of the Treasure Coast in Vero Beach, FL. Previous to that position, she served as a hospitalist locum leader in several facilities throughout Florida, including at Lakeland Regional Hospital in Lakeland, Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City and Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville.

She earned her Doctor of Medicine at Universidad Central del Caribe's School of Medicine in Bayamón, Puerto Rico where she graduated cum laude. Dr. Conde-Rosa completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in infectious diseases at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan. Dr. Conde-Rosa also earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Puerto Rico.

Dr. Conde-Rosa holds board certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine-Infectious Disease.

Office Location

Policies

New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments to complete all paperwork. They should bring their insurance cards, a government-issued photo ID, and lists of their medicines and any prior operations. Co-pays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of each visit. Generally, operations or procedures won't take place on the first visit.
