Dr. Kelly was raised with three sisters in Maplewood, NJ. After graduating from college and medical school in Massachusetts she moved to Rochester, NY. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester and joined a group practice. She and her family moved to Melbourne, FL in 1985.

The main focus of her medical practice has been patient access to care. She worked in Public Health for 10 years before serving Brevard. She is devoted to Obstetrics with a strong interest in Obstetrical Ultrasound. She maintains an active role in the Brevard County Health Department Colposcopy and LEEP Clinic.

Together she and husband, Rick, have raised seven children. Dr. Kelly spends her free time enjoying visits with children and reconnecting with her love of drawing and painting.

New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments to complete all paperwork. They should bring their insurance cards, a government-issued photo ID, and lists of their medicines and any prior operations. Co-pays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of each visit. Generally, operations or procedures won't take place on the first visit.
