Ashlee Moore, MD, is a Board-certified Acute Care Surgeon with the Health First Medical Group. Before joining the Medical Group, Dr. Moore was an Acute Care Surgeon at The Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, WI. There she was affiliated with the Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital.

Dr. Moore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio.

She completed her post-graduate training at Wright State University Department of Surgery, Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She served as Categorical Surgical Resident, and then completed a fellowship in surgical critical care.

Dr. Moore delivered several presentations at Ketterling Medical Center in Dayton. She has certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (Instructor), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Adult and Pediatric), Diagnostic Ultrasound for General Surgeons, and Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery.

Policies

New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments to complete all paperwork. They should bring their insurance cards, a government-issued photo ID, and lists of their medicines and any prior operations. Co-pays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of each visit. Generally, operations or procedures won't take place on the first visit.
