Dr. Newcombe earned her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in psychology from St Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Dr. Newcombe earned her medical degree with honors from Temple University. She completed her Family Practice Residency at Halifax Medical Center where she received the Brian Blaxall Award for her achievements.

Dr. Newcombe is a Philadelphia native who enjoys sunshine, the beach and the outdoors. She has lived in Florida since 1997 and is proud to call Melbourne her home. Dr. Newcombe enjoys seeing patients of all ages and takes a special interest in minor skin procedures, pediatrics, preventative health measures and women's health.

Dr. Newcombe is a mother of two. She believes that her time spent with her family is extremely precious, however, she deeply values her relationships with her patients and the trust they place in her hands to help them.

In October of 2013, Dr. Newcombe received the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognition for Delivery of Quality Diabetes Care.

During her personal time, Dr. Newcombe enjoys bike riding, tennis, travel, art and music.

New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments to complete all paperwork. They should bring their insurance cards, a government-issued photo ID, and lists of their medicines and any prior operations. Co-pays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of each visit. Generally, operations or procedures won't take place on the first visit.
