Stephanie Nowak is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Health First Medical Group with expertise in family medicine.

Before her more recent role at Health First, Nowak worked as a float PCU nurse at Health First NOW Clinic at Gateway in Melbourne, FL. Before that, she was a cardiovascular PCU nurse and relief charge nurse at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, FL.

Nowak earned her Master of Science in nursing and her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. She earned her Associate of Arts from Brevard Community College, now Eastern Florida State College, in Melbourne, FL. Nowak attended Pennsylvania State University in Erie, PA and the University of Pittsburgh in Greensburg, PA.

New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments to complete all paperwork. They should bring their insurance cards, a government-issued photo ID, and lists of their medicines and any prior operations. Co-pays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of each visit. Generally, operations or procedures won't take place on the first visit.
