Jennifer Pagan-Pallens, MD, is board certified in Internal Medicine with a board-eligible subspecialty in Infectious Disease. Dr. Pagan's career began with her Bachelor's degree in Technology Program in Industrial Chemical Process, with an associate's degree in Chemical Engineering. After completing her bachelor's degree, Dr. Pagan continued to develop her career at Universidad Iberoamericana School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where she completed her medical degree. She then pursued a specialty in Internal Medicine by completing her residency at Hospital de la Concepcion in San German, Puerto Rico, where she became chief resident during her last year of residency. After earning her Internal Medicine specialty, Dr. Pagan did her subspecialty in Infectious Disease by completing a two-year Fellowship at Orlando Health in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Pagan is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments to complete all paperwork. They should bring their insurance cards, a government-issued photo ID, and lists of their medicines and any prior operations. Co-pays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of each visit. Generally, operations or procedures won't take place on the first visit.
