Dr. Lyudmila Philips is Board Certified in by the American Board of Family Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Uzhgorod State University in Uzhgorod, Ukraine. Her Internship and Residency were both completed with Hofstra North Shore - LIJ School of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program, The Mildred and Frank Feinberg Campus in NY. The North Shore - LIJ Health System is the largest integrated health system in New York state and the third largest healthcare system in the United States.

Most recently, Dr. Philips was working as Family Medicine Physician with Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ. Much of her work there was dedicated to managing complicated chronic conditions in the geriatric population, but she is experienced at treating patients of all ages and conditions. Dr. Philips also spent time working as a Certified Medical Assistant in different private practice settings assisting physicians with patient care, procedures and education.

Dr. Philips is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has earned her Dermatologic Procedures Certificate and her Aesthetic Procedures Certificate from the National Procedures Institute. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. She speaks fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Office Location

Policies

New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments to complete all paperwork. They should bring their insurance cards, a government-issued photo ID, and lists of their medicines and any prior operations. Co-pays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of each visit. Generally, operations or procedures won't take place on the first visit.
