Home care is available to anyone with an order written by a licensed Florida doctor. We can work with out-of-state physicians to find a local doctor who can help manage your care in Brevard County.

We will work with you and your physician to develop a home care plan that includes education and training for you and your family so you can continue your recovery in between our visits. Our team includes:
- Primary care physician to provide guidance, leadership, and quality assurance of the care you are receiving.
- Registered nurses to provide one-on-one care in your home and monitor your progress to make sure you are getting the best-individualized care possible.
- Physical therapists to assess and treat movement problems and help you regain mobility through at-home exercises.
- Speech therapists to work with patients who may have trouble speaking following a stroke or brain injury.
- Occupational therapists to work on your independence and fine motor skills with daily living activities such as being able to feed and dress yourself.
