Health First Medical Group's new facility in Palm Bay paves the path to delivering what our patients want – from top-notch care to customer-friendly conveniences.
We've heard what you expect in a healthcare experience – easy access, modern conveniences, cutting-edge technology, and compassionate, superior care.
We listened. And we delivered. We're proud to introduce you to our newest, most cutting-edge Health First Medical Group facility, right here in Palm Bay. And this multi-specialty location's bragging rights - at 1810 Eldron Blvd. – stretches beyond the aesthetics.
"We went to the drawing board and ensured patient safety, satisfaction, easy access and friendliness were aligned when constructing the building," said Mark Meeks, System Director of Design Construction with Health First. "This will be our new model for other facilities going forward, so every inch matters to uphold a certain standard our patients rely on when visiting our facilities."
Our design layout is strictly tailored to your comfort and convenience, the second you arrive. Key features include:
- Front door drop-off zone
- Abiding by social distancing and safety guidelines
- Charging stations in lobby
- Larger restrooms, which are easily wheelchair-accessible
We know going to a medical appointment can be stressful at times. So, we thought about how best to help you, our customers, feel a little more relaxed (and be able to access what you need) when coming in for an appointment. These new rooms feature:
- Spacious, cross-functional space that works for both PCP and multi-specialty visits
- Viewing monitors that allow providers to share test results, X-rays, and notes
- Improved noise reduction to ensure confidential examinations and patient privacy
- Sofas for the added comfort of our patients' companions
- Whiteboards to help providers better articulate discussions with patients, demonstrating need-to-know information
- Digital health monitors featuring health information
- Chairs specifically designed to enable providers to document essential information during their visit with you – all while giving you their full attention
"Our goal is patient-focused – to create a positive experience while ensuring satisfaction and clinical care," Meeks said. "As we continue to grow in Brevard County, our forward-thinking will allow us to construct other facilities which are sustainable and relevant for many years to come."
"Our goal is to continue to help build that important layer of protection that's needed in our community," Dr. Stalnaker said. "We're in this together, for each other and for a better tomorrow."
