Health First Announces CEO of Holmes Regional Medical Center and Senior Vice President of Service Lines
MELBOURNE, FL
Health First is pleased to announce Brett Esrock as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Health First’s Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, FL. Esrock is responsible for implementing strategy and business development initiatives, overseeing revenue planning, growth and physician relations at the 514-bed tertiary hospital. He also works with Health First’s operational team to ensure the highest quality care and safety are provided for patient experiences and outcomes. Esrock comes to Health First from Providence Healthcare Network — a part of Ascension Health — in Waco, Texas, where he most recently served as Health System President and CEO. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Providence.
Health First is also pleased to announce Frank Letherby as its Senior Vice President of Service Lines. Letherby is responsible for engaging with stakeholders throughout the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) to create, implement and coordinate all service line strategies. He leads Health First’s Orthopedics, Neurosciences and Spine service lines and works closely with other executive service line leaders. Letherby comes to Health First from Pinehurst Surgical in Pinehurst, North Carolina, where he served as CEO. Prior to that, he served for nine years as senior vice president for Carolinas HealthCare System in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was responsible for strategic growth and business development.
