As part of Health First's commitment to giving back to our community, we are planning a special event on Tuesday, December 4, to help make the holidays brighter for local children in need. Health First Associates will be shopping to fulfill the wish lists of many local children in need.
WHAT: For the sixth year in a row, Health First is partnering with the South Brevard Sharing Center to help fulfill wish lists for children who otherwise might not receive gifts for the holidays. Health First associates and volunteers from the South Brevard Sharing Center will purchase gifts for more than 600 children in Brevard County ? many of whom are homeless ? as part of the Sharing Center's "Children Without Christmas Toy Drive."
During this event, the purchased gifts will be loaded onto the Sharing Center?s truck for delivery to the children before Christmas Day.
WHEN: Tuesday, December 4, at 9 a.m.
WHERE: Walmart of Viera, 8500 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL 32940 *Please note: Members of the media will be allowed inside Walmart for video and interviews.
