I had a total knee replacement on my left knee in 2008 and a revision in 2012, from a non-Health First surgeon. When I couldn't ignore the pain in my right knee any longer, I knew I had to give in and have another surgery. I went to Dr. Scott Miller's seminar on joint replacement after I saw that he performed this procedure as an outpatient. I knew this was what I wanted, if possible, not a three- or four-day hospital stay.
