Patient Satisfaction
At Health First, we're committed to providing the highest levels of customer service to all of our patients. And listening to our customers –our patients– is the most valuable tool we have to know what we're doing well, and what we need to improve.
Surveys are mailed throughout the year asking our patients' opinions on hospital nursing and physician care, the facility, courtesy and sensitivity of staff members, admitting services and food. Press Ganey Associates, the health-care industry's top patient survey firm calculates our results and compares our scores to more than 1,000 hospitals across the United States. Individual survey responses are confidential and patients are not identified unless they would like us to contact them.
