About LivFit

LivFit is a highly effective, comprehensive 15-week program that incorporates exercise, nutrition, and behavior modification designed to help individuals not jut lose weight—but develop healthier, long-term lifestyle habits to keep weight off. In addition to helping members reach their goals since 1993—participants achieve an average weight loss ranging from 15-40 pounds, or 1+ pound per week—features of the LivFit program include:

  • 15 one-hour classes led by a highly qualified, educated and experienced team of experts, including registered dietitians, behavior specialists and exercise professionals
  • No fad diets or costly supplements! Instead, a customized nutrition program designed to work in “real life”, for the rest of your life, that can be enjoyed by the entire family
  • A personalized exercise program created and monitored by a degreed Exercise Trainer, along with group exercise classes and four private personal training sessions
  • A class size ranging from 10-20 people, and an all-natural, non-medical weight-loss approach

The LivFit program teaches healthy, balanced principles. We do not advocate fad diets, low-calorie diets, pills or supplements. We teach "real life" nutrition that the whole family can follow. We believe in changing long-term habits, not offering short-term solutions, so that the changes you make become permanent, allowing you to maintain your new lifestyle without struggle and relapse.

Susie Bond, RD, LD/N

Susie has been in practice since 1983, specializing in wellness and prevention, weight management, diabetes management, heart health, and sports nutrition. She is an expert in developing sound, cutting-edge programs tailored to your individual needs that get results!
