Mental Health Services.

Struggling with anxiety, depression and other forms of mental illness can feel overwhelming and isolating, even if you are surrounded by people who care about you.

Managing your mental health.

Your mental health and emotional wellbeing are just as important as your physical health. We offer a variety of programs and services to help you feel better so you can get back to living a life you love. Our multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists include physicians, psychologists, and counselors.

Primary care provider referrals.

Most diagnosis and treatment for behavioral health begins at your primary care physician's office. Your primary care doctor plays an essential role in the initial screening stages to help explore and recommend suitable treatment options. Your doctor will screen you for symptoms of behavioral and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. They will typically ask you a series of questions related to your lifestyle, sleep pattern, work stress, and any other factors that could have an effect on your health. This screening process allows your provider to learn more about you and get to the root of the problem. Services and treatments may include initial screenings and evaluations, referrals to specialists, and medication management.

Behavioral health programs integrated with routine primary care services include:

These conditions need to occur for four weeks or longer after a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis to be considered long COVID. Long COVID symptoms can be similar to many behavioral and mental health concerns and may include difficulty concentrating, shortness of breath, and fatigue.
