Health First Health Plans has partnered with 1upHealth for our Interoperability solution. Below you will find the links to the API in support of FHIR. This provides access to electronic health data that includes clinical and claims information.

The 1upHealth platform is HIPAA compliant.

Machine Readable Files 

The Machine Readable Files (MRF) are made available to you in response to the Federal Transparency in Coverage Rule. They include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between the health plans and providers.

Each of the files accessible is in a JSON format and may be as large as one Terabyte (TB) in size. Please ensure you have the required memory capacity, hardware, and software before attempting to download.

These files are formatted to allow you easier access to analyze data.
