Health First Health Plans provides enhanced, supplemental preventive dental benefits through our partners. Your network depends on the plan you choose.

For our Rewards, SunSaver, and Secure members, you have the Liberty Dental network.

We’ve made it easier to get up-to-date information. For the most current information simply call Liberty directly at 1.866.544.3909 (TTY:771).

You can also visit hf.org/directory and click on the searchable dental directory. Be sure to put “Florida” in as your state.

You can even refer a provider to join Liberty on their website.

For our Classic and Value Plan members will receive a pre-loaded debit card in order to utilize your allowance. 

What's my coverage?

Classic and Value Plan members:

• Can visit a dentist of their choice, anywhere.
• Receive a pre-loaded amount ($1,000 for Classic members and $750 for Value members) that can be used at any dentist for any preventive or comprehensive dental service.

SunSaver, Rewards, and Secure plan members:

• A yearly allowance ($1,000 for SunSaver and Secure members and $1,250 for Rewards members) for supplemental preventive dental benefits and other comprehensive dental services.

Do I have additional dental allowance on my OTC card?

Yes, our members have extra dental allowance on their OTC cards. This amount is in addition to the in-network allowance. The additional allowance varies based on the plan you chose.

Classic and Value members, your whole dental allowance is on your OTC card.

To use your additional allowance, simply go to any dental provider for services and pay with your OTC debit card when done.

Your Health First debit card can be used for:

• Exams.
• Cleanings.
• X-rays.
• Extraction

Remember - this is good at ANY dental provider you choose. Anywhere in Florida.
