Health First Health Plans provides enhanced, supplemental preventive dental benefits through our partners. Your network depends on the plan you choose.

For Health First Complete Care (HMO) H1099-023, Health First Easy Access (HMO-POS) H1099-025, Health First Rewards (HMO) H1099-014, Health First Emerald Plus (HMO) H1099-024, and Health First SunSaver (HMO) H1099-016 plans have the Liberty Dental network to choose from.

You can even refer a provider to join Liberty on their website.

 

Health First Classic (HMO-POS) H1099-001 and Health First Value (HMO) H1099-006.

Members will receive a pre-loaded debit card in order to utilize your allowance at any dentist of your choice.  Your whole dental allowance is on your debit card. 

Simply go to any dental provider for services and pay with your debit card (same as your OTC card) when you are done. 

 

Emerald Plus (HMO) H1099-026 – Indian River County.

Members have preventative coverage only within the Liberty Dental network.  No maximum coverage. 

Health First Rewards (HMO) H1099-014, Health First Secure (HMO) H1099-009, and Health First SunSaver (HMO) H1099-016.

A yearly allowance ($1,000 for SunSaver and Secure members and $1,250 for Rewards members) for supplemental preventive dental benefits and other comprehensive dental services.

SunSaver members will have an extra $500 loaded onto their Health First debit card to use at any dental provider you choose. 

Rewards and Secure members will have the extra $250 loaded onto their Health First debit card to use at any dental provider you choose. 

Health First Easy Access (HMO-POS) H1099-027 – Flagler, Hardee, Highlands, and Volusia Counties.

Members have $1,000 allowance to use at any in-network Liberty Dental provider. 

Health First Complete Care (HMO) H1099-023, Health First Easy Access (HMO-POS) H1099-025 - Orange, Lake, and Seminole Counties.

Coverage includes preventive and comprehensive dental, with no maximum coverage.  This is at any Liberty Dental provider

Health First Emerald Plus (HMO) H1099-024 – Orange, Lake, and Seminole Counties.

Coverage is preventive only with no maximum coverage. This is at any Liberty Dental Provider. 

 

Dental allowances can be used for:

  • Exams.
  • Cleanings.
  • X-rays.
  • Extraction
