Secure Plan (HMO)
Health First Health Plans is proud to offer several types of Medicare Advantage plans. These plans include all of the benefits you'd get with Original Medicare, but also offer extra benefits and services that Original Medicare doesn't cover.
Our Secure Plan (HMO) offers medical (Part A and B) benefits plus a few extras, but no Part D prescription drug coverage. The Summary of Benefits and Evidence of Coverage below explain the details about this plan.
Service area: You must live in Brevard County or Indian River County in Florida to enroll in this plan.
Prescription drugs
The Secure Plan (HMO) does not include coverage for Part D prescription drugs.
If you're interested in a plan that does include Part D prescription drug coverage, please consider one of our other options:
Medical + Part D (MAPD) plans:
- Brevard and Indian River County residents - Rewards (HMO), Value (HMO), and Classic (HMO-POS), plans include Part A and B medical and Part D prescription drug coverage.
- Flagler, Hardee, Highlands, and Volusia County residents - SunSaver (HMO), plan include Part A and B medical and Part D prescription drug coverage.

Health First Health Plans is an HMO plan with a Medicare Contract. Enrollment in Health First Health Plans depends on contract renewal.
