Here’s a clear Step-by-Step Guide for using the new provider directory powered by MyChart:
 

Step 1: Access the Directory

Log in to your MyChart account and navigate to the Provider Directory


Step 2: Choose Your Search Criteria

You can search by one or more of the following:

  • Specialty (e.g., Cardiology, Pediatrics)
  • Condition (e.g., Diabetes, Asthma)
  • Provider Name
  • Insurance Type
  • Location
  • Common Searches 


Step 3: Insurance Type Options (if applicable) 

  • High Value Network – Tier 1  (Individual & Family Plans) 
    Lowest cost option. Includes only Tier 1 High Value Network providers.
  • High Value Network – Full Network   (Individual & Family Plans)
    Includes all High Value Network providers in Tier 1 and Tier 2.
  • Individual & Family Plans – Full Network
    A complete list of all providers in your network.
  • Medicare Advantage

** High Value Network providers are designated by the High Value Network badge. High Value Network facilities include a High Value Network designation in the About Us section when viewing the facility.


Step 4: Click Search

After selecting your criteria, click Search to view results. 


Step 5: Filter Your Results

Use filters to narrow your search:

  • Zip code
  • Distance
  • Gender
  • Language
  • And more
     


Step 6: View Provider Details

Click on a provider to see:

  • Contact information

  • Additional details about the provider
