Every plan is supported by our Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), which encompasses wellness and prevention programs, community-based care, access to a large provider network, and hospital services. With the strength of the Health First IDN, Health First Health Plans is uniquely positioned to meet the healthcare needs of our community.

What does this mean?

• Plans will be offered beginning January 1, 2027.*
• We will begin offering competitive quotes in the fall of 2026.
• Local Customer Service support you can trust.

Who’s eligible?

• Business must be located within Brevard County.
• Businesses with 50 or fewer full-time equivalent employees can qualify.
