To better serve our community, Health First Health Plans is excited to announce the return of health insurance for small employers in Brevard County.
Beginning in 2028, eligible employers in Brevard County with 50 or fewer full-time employees may be able to purchase health insurance from Health First Health Plans.*

What does this mean?

- We will begin offering competitive quotes approximately 3 months before the first effective date.

Who’s eligible?
- Businesses must be located within Brevard County.
- Businesses with 50 or fewer full-time equivalent employees can qualify.

Small Group coverage can be made effective on the 1st of each month throughout the year. No waiting until a certain time of year.
We can work with you directly or through a licensed and appointed insurance agent/broker. There is no difference in the premium, so it’s your choice.
As part of our Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) in Brevard County, we are uniquely positioned to offer a variety of affordable health insurance plans to meet your needs.
