Membership. As a member, you have access to our state-of-the-art facility. With over 25 years of exceptional experience in health & fitness centers, Pro-Health & Fitness Center has degreed and certified exercise staff that are dedicated to a well-rounded, total fitness experience.

Member rates per month:

 Enrollment fee: single person: $100, each additional person: $25. 

  • Primary $70
  • Senior (65 and older) $55
  • Additional person $35
  • Additional member age 11 and under $30

Guest passes.

Daily, weekly and monthly guest passes are available for purchase. Please inquire at front desk.

 

Our extra-flexible hold policy.

Need to put your membership on hold? If for any reason, you would like to place your membership on hold (which stops your billing), you may do so, IF you:

  • Start the hold by the last day of any month.

  • Come to the front desk.

  • Fill out and submit a Hold Form.

Your account must be on hold for a minimum of one-full calendar month. If the hold exceeds one year, there will be a $25 reactivation fee. It’s that easy!

 

Corporate memberships.

Corporate memberships are available for businesses with ten or more employees. Please contact FitnessExperts@hf.org for more information.

*Not all individual insurance products include fitness center access. Please refer to your plan documents to verify fitness center coverage.

**Family must be immediate family. This includes spouses and children up to age 26 living in the same household who have 12 college credit hours and show current school
schedule. (Must have own membership when turning 26.) All individuals ages 18 years or older who do not attend school full-time must have their own membership.

***Persons ages 12-15 years of age are required to attend orientation.
