Wi-Fi FAQs

Launch your web browser (such as Microsoft IE for Pocket PC or for Palm OS, Netscape, Opera, or Mozilla Firefox)

  • You will automatically be directed to the guest welcome screen.
  • Proceed by accepting the Acknowledgement Agreement.

Wireless networks are inherently insecure. Health First makes every possible effort to secure the wireless network by several means, including:

  1. Password protected sites
  2. Secure SSL encrypted connectivity
  3. Internet content filtering

Use of the HFGUEST wireless network implies that you agree to abide by the Internet User Policy, which prohibits abusive or illegal activity while using the WiFi Internet service. The Policy is available from the Health First website, www.health-first.org/wireless. Upon connecting to the HFGUEST network you will be prompted to read and acknowledge the Internet User Policy. Failure to comply can lead to loss of network access.
