eVisits

Take our simple, online questionnaire and get a diagnosis delivered straight to your inbox. Ages 18+.

What is an eVisit?

An eVisit is a type of telehealth where you answer questions about your symptoms via an easy, self-guided questionnaire. The questionnaire helps our providers recommend treatment and deliver care straight to your inbox. No appointment necessary. And there’s no need to turn on your camera to meet virtually with a provider.

A trusted Health First provider will review your answers, provide a diagnosis and treatment care plan, and send medications to the pharmacy of your choice, if applicable. The cost is $30 (self-pay only with no insurance billed) and you will only be charged if you receive a care plan. eVisits offer clinical-level, online healthcare available on your phone or computer.  eVisits are for new and established patients ages 18+.

  • No appointment needed.
  • No face-to-face interaction with a provider.
  • Questionnaire typically takes 15 minutes to complete.
  • $30 for self-pay.
  • Treatment from a trusted Health First provider is sent typically within 60 minutes. Response time may vary outside of operating hours.
